1. What is PCC (PRIME Cartons Company) ?
PCC is one of the developing and progressing organization engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting the corrugated packaging material and paper.

2. How can I contact you?

3. How many different box styles do you offer?
We offer a number of box styles to meet almost any application. These styles can be custom built to your exact specifications or you may choose from our available stock sizes. You can also visit our office for information on how to create a custom box. and on Contact Us page you can send pictures of your requirement as well so we can help you in the best way.

4. What are your order minimums?
You can order just one box or thousands, we’re happy to assist you. Usually the MOQ for new order is 2000 boxes of standard size.

5. What if I need a custom style?
We'll be happy to create the exact style you want, or do our best to refer you to someone who can. In most cases there will be a design fee associated with non-standard styles. Inbox us the details or use contact us page to let us know your custom style requirements.

6. Do you offer printing on boxes?

7. How long does it take to complete and ship my order?
In most cases, we can complete and ship your custom box order in 3-5 days. We stock a variety of paper reels so your order can be made and shipped quickly. Retail and printed packaging may take a bit longer if there is artwork involved.

8. What about shipping charges?
We ship most orders via common carrier. Special arrangements can be made for large items. We will gladly estimate shipping costs before processing your order.

9. What if my shipment is damaged?
Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be damaged in transit. Carriers are responsible for damaged items only if the damage is noted when you sign for your shipment.

10. Can I get a sample?
Samples for custom items are available for a nominal fee. Samples for stock items are not available, but single bundles can be ordered.

11. What types of payment to you accept?
Advance Payments and Credit terms are available to well-established corporations only and are subject to prior approval.
